Did you know that the desire to be thinner in girls can start as early as age 6? Why is this an issue? Research shows that body-positive kids who assume they are healthy (regardless of what anyone else thinks about their health or weight) are more likely to have a healthy relationship with food and their body, more likely to be healthier overall, and less likely to engage in risky dieting behaviours like purging or restricting.
In this FREE Masterclass, we'll be chatting about raising body-positive kids, the impact of dieting and diet culture on children, and why moms need to work on their relationship with food if they want to raise body-positive kids. Brought to you by the creators of The Nourished Mama Program, join Jennifer Neale, Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor and Dr. Melisa Arias-Valenzuela, Clinical Psychologist and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Therapist, LIVE to ask questions and claim a free BONUS.
